Hailing from Broome, The Gray Brothers are bringing their blood harmonies, guitar–mandolin interplay and raw storytelling to the Tappy.
The brothers have hit the road with songs from their forthcoming EP ‘Live at Prospect Studios’, recorded in Melbourne late last year. After sold-out shows back home in Broome and across the South West, the tour now finds them here to Castlemaine — bringing their Kimberley-forged sound into one of Victoria’s favourite brewery venues.
Albert and Elwood Gray have been part of the Broome music scene for as long as they can remember — from knee-high kids busking at the Courthouse Markets to sharing stages with John Butler and Stephen Pigram at the Cable Beach Amphitheatre. Over the years they’ve carved out a sound rooted in story-rich songs and unmistakable blood harmonies, carried from backyard jams to festival stages across the country.
Sunday December 7 at 5pm, free entry.
