SHIPPING

We only ship orders on weekdays. This is because we care about your beer and want to minimise the time it’s not in refrigeration, especially over the weekend. We do not ship on public holidays. We are unable to hold orders for delivery on a specific date.

All orders are shipped through Sendle and Australia Post courier services. You are able to track your order via the tracking number they send you via email.

Shipping times vary pending your location but if you do not receive your beer within 10 days, please let us know via email to beer@shedshakerbrewing.com.

Currently, we ship to VIC, ACT, NSW, QLD, SA + TAS. Sorry, but we do not accept
international orders and we cannot ship to WA or NT – these take too long and the beer will be compromised. Please talk to your local bottle shop about ordering our beer in wholesale quantities!

If the delivery address is entered incorrectly, it is the responsibility of the receiver to organise the address change directly with the courier (a change of address fee might be charged by the courier service). It is also the responsibility of the receiver if the goods are lost and any replacement products will be at your own cost.

We support the responsible service of alcohol across Australia. Under the Liquor Act 2007 (VIC), it is against the law to sell or supply alcohol to, or to obtain alcohol on behalf of, a person under the age of 18 years. Similar laws against selling or supplying alcohol to minors apply across Australia.

By purchasing beer and merchandise through our online store, you are agreeing to
these terms and conditions. By using our website, you are indicating that you accept these terms of use and that you agree to follow them. We reserve the right to make changes to these terms and conditions at any time and we encourage you to review them each time you place an online order.

Payment Options

The following is the list of the payment options we provide on our site. Please note
actual delivery cost will be calculated at the checkout prior to completing the order.

We do our best to keep the information on this page as accurate as possible, but
occasionally the list of the carriers and payment options may be inaccurate. In this case, please contact us by any available means to inform us about the inaccuracy and we will take necessary measures to correct the information.

Cardless (Mobile) Payment

You can pay using a third-party payment processing provider service like Apple Pay, Google Pay etc. To do so, choose the necessary payment option at checkout.

Card Payment

We accept MasterCard and Visa. We do not accept American Express.

Keeping your online payments secure is our number one priority. That means you might need to verify your card payment with 3D Secure to complete your transaction. Contact your bank to learn more about 3D Secure authentication.

Encrypted transactions

SHEDSHAKER BREWING guarantees that your details are completely safe with us. All information is sent encrypted to ensure total security of any sensitive information. Read more in our Privacy Policy.

You will be charged when we ship your order

If your card transaction is approved, the amount will be reserved immediately and an order confirmation will be sent to your email address. Your card will not be charged until we start processing your order.

If your card transaction isn’t approved, your order will be cancelled. Please contact your bank or card provider if you have any questions about this.

PayPal Payment

To pay with PayPal follow the next steps:

  1. Select PayPal as your payment method at the checkout.
  2. You’ll then be redirected to the PayPal website to proceed with the payment.
  3. If you’re already a PayPal customer, you can log in with your user details and confirm the payment. If you’re new to PayPal, you can create a PayPal account and then confirm the payment.
  4. You’ll then return to our site and your order and payment will be complete!

Gift Cards

From time to time we will make gift cards available. You can use both our physical gift cards and e-gift cards at the Taproom and when shopping online on our website.

To make an online payment with a gift card, just follow these steps:

  1. Select to use a gift card when paying at the checkout.
  2. Enter the gift card number and PIN code (if required) in the highlighted field.
  3. Make sure to confirm to apply the gift card towards your purchase.

You can use a gift card to pay for your entire order online or combine it with all other payment methods.
